TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOOTBALL (SOCCER) IN NIGERIA

There are fundamental problems in the development of football in Nigeria, and these problems are the lack of a good structure, ideas, skills, shortage of resources and the drive to continue that logical conclusion.

During all this time we had a fire approach to football topics in the country. Clear that the development of football in the grass root (primary schools, secondary schools, football participation is the best way to prepare properly and prepare our players (future stars) to represent the country.

In the past we had the Normal School that. Our physical educators whose primary role of the youth in the schools to teach the basics and fundamentals of soccer training But is suppressed for a long time. Now the National Institute of Sports (NIS), this function took the training of our coaches per year. Incidentally, these buses are underutilized. Most of them in the division, the streets prefer to keep some of the major clubs and do almost nothing. It is my honest opinion that this crop of coaches can participate appropriately based on a well structured organization and schools (secondary and tertiary) to practicalize what they learned about SRI and then to test their prowess in the big clubs.

Likewise found some very good and talented players updated the program and supplied to the age group competitions and represented only undertake some clubs in favor of the League and the League, at home and abroad. Also reduce the burden of the coach in the league, going instead of focusing on strategic and tactical approach to games, experienced their time and energy in teaching these players in the league phase of the base of football.

I will therefore break down my points into Phases:

• Create different areas of the country, with supervisors

• Organisation of the base (community, nd primary, secondary)

• Technical experts for the implementation of the program

• Delivery of equipment (balls, shoes, sweaters and canvas, etc)

• grant funds (fundraising through cooperation agencies)

• Organisation of the competition.

A. Establishment of Zones in the Country:

The land should be in areas with highly qualified and experienced coaches training clinics, seminars and trainer monitors that are placed in various academic centers, schools and clubs basis for the efficient execution of programs, divided to ensure the reproduction of a pattern unique culture and organizational development in Nigeria and internationally recognized.

5. Organization of grassroot football:

Grassroots / academics are required to register for the purpose of registration. The essence of it is to monitor their activities to ensure that they are qualified and trained to train the players train. At this level, the emphasis is on basic skills and techniques of the game, especially in the age group of 6-10 years. The focus is on the basics of the game.
3. Technical Experts to Undertake the Program:

Sure, train the National Institute of qualified sports coaches of our high school years. An exact date for the NIS trained coaches must be known. Most coaches who graduated from the NOS that no jobs are posted to these grass root clubs, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges relate foreground and develop these players, especially in the basic football (step, ball control, dribbling techniques, headers) . The repayment of these coaches must be sponsored by an organ.

4. Provision of adequate Equipments:

Another obstacle on the wheel of the development of football in Nigeria is the lack of suitable equipment such as balls, cones, boots, jerseys, PIF, soccer nets and other small appliances. Most basic clubs to earn little more than two balls for training and most cannot even guarantee BIPs for training. For these young players to the basic skills, at least up to 10 balls available to each club based. In this area N.F.A. can lead to legal representation to ensure when it is suitable, registered clubs in the country grassroots, all rest with these basics.

5. Subvention of funds by the corporate bodies:

The need for multinational companies and corporations continue to assist in the development of football cannot be overstated. We need them. Efforts should be made to attend. Manufactured using the money would be used to pay for basic trainer clubs and schools, provides equipment, organize seminars for coaches at the zonal level and help even the competition at their level good players trained by coaches for ages right.

6. Organization of the Competition:

The competitions will be organized at the level of these players to learn the basics of the game, his competitive spirit, and those who are the star players to evaluate opportunities in the future successful white. Good players for this competition can be selected to represent the country in the various age groups, group tournaments of these games are also compiled the future Super Eagle players easily.

SUMMARY

Nigeria Football has been in development for a long time due to lack of resources and poor decisions of the governing body. There is a need for urgent action towards the problems of football in Nigeria to work on improving ignorance and be able to play good players worthy to produce in the league. It would go a long way to develop or Nigerian Premier League (NPL) will help to increase and improve the country's economy, as the sport is concerned. The CSS must work with the government and create an organized way of using the club coach and elementary schools; this would be a way to reduce unemployment in the country.
